Warranty Policy
One Year Warranty Guarantee
Our Electrical Appliances always come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty, warranties are individual to each product, and held with the manufacturers or distributors of the Brands. Warranty claims are handled directly by the Supplier or Manufacturers of the products. Warranty periods and rules will vary and are at the discretion of the brands rather than QKitchen. Warranty information is in most cases, an in-box inclusion with each product. If you have any queries, please contact us, and we will advise you of the process and any contact details for your convenience.
Repair and Replacement Terms
If an electrical failure occurs in a product covered by the warranty, we will arrange for an authorized maintenance person to repair the product at our sole discretion; otherwise, if the product cannot be repaired, we will replace the product or related parts with the same or equivalent product or part. For this warranty, the replacement, in this case, will be considered a repair. Refurbished parts can be used to repair the product. In case there is improper use damage found after inspection, the returning fee and re-delivery fee should be bear by the customer.
Faulty Products
If there is any fault or defect in materials and workmanship with an item that you received, you are entitled to a repair, exchange, in-store credit, or refund. Where a problem with a product is not evaluated as a major fault, QKitchen can offer repair or replacement for your item if it becomes defective within the warranty period.
